Lamborghini Sian: The First Hybrid Supercar by Lamborghini

Lamborghini Sián: The First Hybrid Supercar From Lamborghini

The Lamborghini Sián is a bold step into the future, marking Lamborghini’s entry into hybrid technology without compromising performance. Introduced as the brand’s first hybrid supercar, the Sián combines a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine with a 48-volt electric motor, delivering a total of 819 horsepower.

With a top speed of over 350 km/h and acceleration from 0–100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, the Sián holds the title of the most powerful Lamborghini ever produced. Unlike traditional hybrids, it uses a supercapacitor system instead of lithium-ion batteries, offering faster energy flow, instant torque, and lighter weight.

The design of the Sián is inspired by futuristic elements, featuring aggressive aerodynamics, hexagonal lighting, and active cooling vanes. Its name, “Sián,” means “lightning” in Bolognese dialect, reflecting both speed and the electric innovation behind it.

Only 63 coupes and 19 roadsters were produced globally, paying tribute to Lamborghini’s founding year of 1963. Each model is fully customizable and handcrafted, making it not just a car, but a collector’s masterpiece.
